web: E*Trade bites the hand that feedbacks

This is like shooting fish in a barrel...

Try to search E*Trade's help system for "When do markets close" or "what are trading hours". As with most corporate site Web searches, you get worthless results. But there's a Feedback panel with "How well did we answer your question?". I clicked "Not at all" and [Submit], and got

"Could not process request; error encountered.
The server encountered an error while processing the request."

web: Samsung bites the hand that feedbacks

I have the Samsung 192mp, I heard about the Samsung 242mp, I went to Samsung to check it out. There are all kinds of usability problems with Samsung's various country locators (they open new windows, they require cookies, they don't pre-select, the country map has no hot spots, etc.), so I provided a lot of detailed feedback about the glitches in the Samsung Survey form that their rating system provides.

Unfortunately, submitting the form results in:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

Line 4: Incorrect syntax near 's'.

/satisfaction/insert.asp, line 53

The feedback form on most sites is always the first to break. I bet Samsung staffers are happily drawing a graph showing Web site feedback has gone down.
